Meet Tammy Pence

Hi, I’m Tammy Pence- a full-time Realtor with a heart for people and a sense of humor that makes the real estate process feel a little less overwhelming (and maybe even enjoyable.. imagine that!)

I've been part of the Smith Mountain Lake community for over 30 years- vacationing here for 25 of those years before making the move full-time 6 years ago. So, when I talk about loving lake life, I mean it. I've lived it, dreamed it, and now I get to help others make it a reality too. I know what makes SML feel like home and I  love sharing that with my clients. 

 I believe in doing business the right way- with honesty, hard work, and a cheerful attitude. My faith is the foundation of who I am, and it deeply influences how I serve others. I approach every client relationship with integrity, patience, and genuine desire to make a difference. I don't just want to help you buy or sell a house. I want you to feel important, supported, and cared for throughout the entire process. For me, real estate isn't just a job, it's a calling to walk alongside people during one of the most important transitions of their lives.

 I also have a degree in interior design and offer complimentary staging advice to all my sellers. Whether its choosing the right paint color, rearranging furniture for better flow, or finally letting go of that oversized recliner, I’ll help you present your home in its best light-without spending a fortune.

 Outside of real estate, I love spending time with my family, especially my grandkids, who keep me laughing. I also enjoy quiet mornings by the lake with a good cup of coffee, and soaking up the little things that make life sweet.
