Meet Nick Crutchfield

My name is Nick Crutchfield, and I’m a REALTOR® with MKB proudly serving the Roanoke Valley; including Roanoke County, Roanoke City, Vinton, Botetourt, and Salem. Salem itself is my hometown and returning home after many years away feels like a full-circle moment—and has me excited to help others find their place in this historic and neighborly community.

Prior to becoming licensed my previous professional experience is all rooted in service: Even before my 16 years in the U.S. Air Force, I worked in customer-facing roles in IT and healthcare. My years in the military were spent as an aircraft mechanic, and then an all-source analyst; very different, but detail-oriented career fields. Both contributed lessons on the importance of priority management, data-informed decision making, and most importantly how to help others understand complex systems in a way that works for them.

What drew me to real estate is pretty simple, but powerful: I want to serve and enjoy helping others. I’m here to be a reliable advocate as your agent, someone you can trust to go the extra mile and ensure that you are well-informed and guided throughout the process. My approach to this profession is rooted in my military experience: both the Air Force’s core values of integrity, service, and excellence, as well as being humble, credible, and approachable. I bring these principles into every client relationship.
