Meet Kathy VanAllman

I earned the name “Zillow Queen” before I even got my Real Estate license. I enjoyed 12 wonderful years at Carilion before this. But now that I’ve made real estate my career, I get to live my hobby! Showing houses is such a thrill for me, and I enjoy getting to see the different homes through my clients’ eyes.

I love to stay busy, which is good since my home is filled to the brim with 3 kids, 1 husband, a mother-in-law, 2 dogs, and 2 cats. Whenever there’s a break in the chaos, you can find me relaxing with a good book, or, more likely, browsing the newest listings that just hit the market. I have joined two wonderful book clubs (AKA wine clubs) that keep me connected with my friends and support my love of a good read and a good red.

Originally from Cleveland, I was born a Browns fan, and have adopted the Hokies after living most of my life in Roanoke. My husband, Chuck, and I can be spotted cheering on our teams during football season, or enjoying a quiet dinner at Luigis, our favorite local spot and where we went on our first date many years ago.
